Practical experience to complete the internship is expected to require approximately five hours per week. At the end of the program, each student will present a summary of their experience and learnings to the senior leadership team at Touchdown Ventures. Students will be assigned to conduct industry research, and to source and evaluate potential investment opportunities. Students will also have the ability to gain venture capital experience by working directly with investment professionals at Touchdown Ventures.

We will host weekly Zoom classes that will last one hour each and will teach students about fundamentals and best practices of venture capital, including how to evaluate potential venture capital investment opportunities. The Touchdown Ventures College internship program will have two components: The program is designed so that students will be able to participate while still meeting the obligations of their current college or university as a student. This internship is a part-time, unpaid program. Touchdown will accept up to 10 undergraduate students into the program’s initial cohort. The program will start in January 2023 and last approximately 12 weeks. Touchdown Ventures is launching a 12-week unpaid internship program that will provide venture capital classes and hands-on experience for those interested in exploring a career path in venture capital.
